<p>1. 간암 액체생검 프로젝트는 영준씨에게 인수인계했습니다.</p>

<p>2. 현재 KOREF PacBio 30x reads로 falcon v1.3을 이용하여 KOREF 를 조립하고 있습니다.</p>

<p>3. CANU assembler도 이용하여 다른 KOREF assembly를 조립해서 위의 것과 비교할 겁니다.</p>

<p>1. 간암 액체생검 유전체에서 아이언 토렌트 어댑터가 제거되었는지 확인하고 있다면 제거할 예정입니다.</p>

<p>2. NGSQC pass를 시켜보고 기존의 것들과 차이가 있다면 pass된 read들로 새로 alignment를 할 예정입니다.</p>

<p>3. 그 뒤에는 sample별로 depth를 뽑아서 normalize를 할 겁니다. (depth barcode 비교를 위해서)</p>

<p>4. depth 분포를 봐서, region별로, chromosome별로 bias가 있는지 확인할 겁니다.</p>

<p>2. I downloaded ancient genomes for Baltic genome project.</p>

<p>3. I installed falcon to assemble phased Koref genome with PacBio and Hi-C data.</p>

<p>4. I made a database of genes associated with neurodegenerative diseases.</p>

<p>5. I am troubleshooting Ion Torrent variant calling. (Too high VAF and too few variants)</p>

<p>1. We (승구, 영준, 성원, 재영, 연수 and I)&nbsp;just started to make a new strategy for analyzing liquid biopsy of liver cancer. We are gathering information about cfDNA,&nbsp;CTC, Ion Torrent, and targeted region sequencing.</p>

<p>2. We(희수 and I)&nbsp;are making various&nbsp;workflow to&nbsp;assemble and phase Koref PacBio reads with Hi-C data as well as falcon</p>

<p>1. I am still collecting information about cfDNA, CTC-DNA and making stats for bam files to make a new strategy for analyzing liquid biopsy of liver cancer.</p>

<p>2. I run a tutorial of falcon to run falcon for assemble KOREF PB long reads in next week.</p>
