<p>1. openBIS is installed in cow server and we can test it as a ‘kogic’ account</p>

<p>2. I downloaded ancient genomes for Baltic genome project.</p>
<p>3. I installed falcon to assemble phased Koref genome with PacBio and Hi-C data.</p>
<p>4. I made a database of genes associated with neurodegenerative diseases.</p>
<p>5. I am troubleshooting Ion Torrent variant calling. (Too high VAF and too few variants)</p>
