1. openBIS is installed in cow server and we can test it as a ‘kogic’ account

          •https://210.218.217.26:8443/openbis/webapp/eln-lims

2. I downloaded ancient genomes for Baltic genome project.

3. I installed falcon to assemble phased Koref genome with PacBio and Hi-C data.

4. I made a database of genes associated with neurodegenerative diseases.

5. I am troubleshooting Ion Torrent variant calling. (Too high VAF and too few variants)

1. We (승구, 영준, 성원, 재영, 연수 and I) just started to make a new strategy for analyzing liquid biopsy of liver cancer. We are gathering information about cfDNA, CTC, Ion Torrent, and targeted region sequencing.

2. We(희수 and I) are making various workflow to assemble and phase Koref PacBio reads with Hi-C data as well as falcon

 

2019년 5월 6일 월요일

1. I am still collecting information about cfDNA, CTC-DNA and making stats for bam files to make a new strategy for analyzing liquid biopsy of liver cancer.

2. I run a tutorial of falcon to run falcon for assemble KOREF PB long reads in next week.
