SA vs. control 분류기 및 HAM17 및 SSI 회귀 모델의 특징 세트에서 농축 된 생물학적 용어로부터 프로토 카데 린 (PCDH) ,유전자 패밀리를 반복적으로 관찰 하였다 (표 2, S4-S7). PCDH 유전자 패밀리는 뉴런 및 시냅스 기능과 관련이 있으며, 메틸화는 초기 생활 스트레스에 반응하여 변경 될 수 있습니다. 말초혈액메틸화 연구는 MDD에 일치하고 불일치하는 일란성 쌍둥이가 PCDH 유전자에 대해 유의미한 쌍내 메틸화 차이를 보였다고 보고했습니다.

DNeasy Blood & Tissue Kit (Qiagen, Germany)를 사용하여 제조 프로토콜에 따라 혈액으로부터 게놈 DNA를 분리 하였습니다. 추출 된 DNA를 Quant-iT BR 분석 키트 (Invitrogen)에 의해 정량화 하였습니다.
