 ③ 주어진 역할 이상의 행동
 ④ 팀원 간의 수평적 공동 의사결정
 ⑤ 팀 전체를 위한 수직적인 공동 의사결정

Agile* : 사무환경에서 직급 체계를 없애 팀원 개인에게 의사 권한을 부여하는 것을 말합니다.
