1. openBIS is installed in cow server and we can test it as a ‘kogic’ account

2. I downloaded ancient genomes for Baltic genome project.

3. I installed falcon to assemble phased Koref genome with PacBio and Hi-C data.

4. I made a database of genes associated with neurodegenerative diseases.

5. I am troubleshooting Ion Torrent variant calling. (Too high VAF and too few variants)
